Senior Sales Manager - B2B Sales

Job description

Your role, reporting to Sales Management, is to target contractors, consultants and supplier/manufacturers in order to sell the company’s award winning subscription products, with an outbound focus on both locally based and international businesses


Your primary responsibility will be to perform outside sales in a mentored team environment, supported by an existing marketing and business development team.


You will be required to generate your own leads from within the business community by conducting face to face meetings, and web meetings (for internationally based clients).


Sales leads and pre-set meetings, generated by the marketing/BD teams, will also form a portion of your active prospects.


You will also attend trade shows/expos to meet with international clients interested in conducting more business in the UAE and GCC


You will:

  • Identify, research, prospect and target new business opportunities by utilizing outbound search
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with key decision makers from within the AEC industry
  • Create, Manage and Maintain  databases of potential clients and pipeline of deals by utilising HubSpot CRM and engage in forecasting of deals using company methodologies 
  • Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business

  • Provide support to the sales and marketing team through a variety of additional activities including
    market updates, attending industry relevant seminars, conferences and exhibitions
  • Providing inputs to designing and enhancing software and solutions


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant vocational certificate

  • 4 to 8 years experience in a sales or business development role

  • Ability to prove sales performance / experience in UAE

  • Skills: Negotiation, Need/value identification, Self-motivation, Relationship-building, Market Knowledge.

  • Possess strong IT skills (sales presentations conducted using computer and use of digital pipeline management tools)

  • Excellent communication skills in English and another language, both written and verbal is essential

  • Previous experience using Hubspot (or other CRM software) is required

  • MUST HAVE UAE DRIVER’S LICENSE and access to own vehicle within second month of employment. 

  • Candidates with experience in construction industry (working for suppliers, contractors, or consultants) will be given preference
